Delivery & Returns

Delivery Terms:
Blooming Crackers include free postage and are sent First Class via Royal Mail. I send all wedding stationery products out via Royal Mail or ParcelForce ~ both will require a signature on receipt. Domestic rates: There is a standard delivery charge of £6.50 per order excluding signage. The delivery charge for signage is £9.50.
If you are ordering from outside of the UK mainland please contact me for a postage quote. Please note that due to strict customs rules around seeds I only dispatch seed paper to addresses within the UK.

Returns:

Products are made to order and therefore returns are not accepted.
Every care is taken when packing to ensure that orders withstand the postal system, however if they have arrived damaged please contact me immediately, including relevant photographs and I will organise a replacement or refund – whichever you prefer.
