On the day stationery
From name cards, to service booklets to signage - all ceremony and reception products can be designed to match your previous stationery or wedding theme.
Order of Service
If you are getting married in church you will require an Order of Service to lead your guests through the ceremony. This usually includes 2-3 hymns and 2 readings of your choosing. Your vicar will generally provide you with his/her standard service – and then you may have the opportunity to amend it. I generally recommend running the final proof by your vicar before we go to print. I also provide Order of the Day cards and booklets for non religious ceremonies.

- A5 Order of the Day Postcard
- A5 Order of Service Card (A4 card folded to A5)
- A5 Extended Order of Service Booklet (card cover, paper insert)
Print Options:

Please note: Seed paper option is not available for Extended Order of Service Booklets.
Menus
Menus usually work best 100 x 200mm but I can also print them A5 if preferred.
Choose your format:
- Standard menu card (approx 100 x 200mm)
- Menu card with guest name printed
- Menu card with velum guest name wrap
- Menu card with name card (folded, punched and attached with twine)
- Menu card with name card (folded, rivet, ribbon)
Print Options:

Name Cards
As with all reception stationery, name cards can be designed to match your stationery theme. The images reflect some popular options but are by no means exhaustive of what I can offer.

Table Numbers / names
Most commonly I am asked to create table names/numbers as double sided A5 postcards – these can either be leant up against your centrepieces or displayed in wire metal holders. Wedding venues will often supply the holders, so it may be worth asking your own what is available. However if you require a different size or format these can certainly be provided on request.

Seating Plans
Tailored to the floral style, colour scheme and/or theme of your wedding. In addition to the signage formats below, I can provide the printed cards or tags required for you to assemble your own table plan.

- A2 – 420 x 594 mm
Print Options:
- 4mm Eco Board – Art print mounted on to sturdy corrugated board. 100% recyclable and biodegradable. Suitable for use indoors / undercover
- 5mm Weatherpoof Board – Vinyl print mounted on to foamalite board. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
- Framed Art Print – choice of frames: white, black or oak effect.
