Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
An order is considered received as soon as full payment has cleared. At this stage my timelines begin.
There is a minimum order of £100 for postal stationery (Save the Dates and Invitations).
For customers only ordering ‘On the day’ stationery, a minimum spend of £100 on ‘On the day’ items applies.
Designs are copyright of Laura Likes. You, or a third party, cannot copy or reproduce designs in any part or way. If you are wishing to use designs within your wedding website, digital files can be provided for a fee.
Colours on screen will always look different to the printed version. If you have provided a colour swatch, every effort will be made to match it as closely as possible. Due to the handmade nature of seed paper, colour variation can occur between print runs. Therefore, colours may differ slightly between your stationery sets and any samples or hard copy proofs that you receive if the paper is from a different batch. Signage and photocards are printed on a different printer to all other wedding stationery, therefore the colour may differ to any co-ordinating stationery.
Proofs are free and sent as a digital PNG file via email using the wording you supply and colour and design agreed in your order. Prices include colour changes, font changes and wording changes. Three rounds of changes (to PNG proofs) are included in the price. Further changes (to PNG proofs) are chargeable at £10.00 per round.
You are responsible for checking the proof for all content, including layout, colour (please refer to the colour section for more information), dates, timings, spellings, spacing and grammar. Laura Likes does not offer a proof reading service. If proofs are approved by yourself with errors and are subsequently printed, Laura Likes takes no responsibility. On review of your proofs, if any amendments are required, all changes must be emailed to me. If replacements are required, these will be charged for in full.
A £50 booking fee is payable to secure your start date, this is deductible from your printing invoice (not from your invoice for artwork).
Artwork fees must be paid for in full before work will begin on any bespoke designs.
Following approval of proofs, payment in full will always be required before any goods are dispatched.
Payments must be made via bank transfer. Bank details will be included on your invoice.
All orders are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class or by Parcel Force tracked delivery. Liability for the loss of the delivery shall be limited to the replacement of the products, or to a full refund of the invoice value.
Should your items arrived damaged, please contact me via email within 48 hours (images required), so that I can issue a replacement or a refund (whichever is your preference).
It is my recommendation that all seed paper products are used within 18 months of delivery.
Seed packets within Blooming Crackers include their own ‘Sow by’ date which is always 12 months+.
