Delivery
We aim to post all orders within the timeframe published in the Delivery and Postage section at the time of purchase.
At the time of purchase you will be notified of the delivery charges applicable on each order.
Fully-paid orders which have been authorised & approved by our card processor (NatWest) will be posted or despatched to you on the same or next working day. Most individual orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class, and trade orders by overnight courier although we reserve the right to make alternative delivery arrangements if we see fit. We do not despatch at the weekend or on Public Holidays.
Most mail posted to UK addresses using the Royal Mail First Class service arrives one working day after despatch. However, if you wish to be absolutely safe, please allow three working days for delivery, and longer during the busy pre-Christmas period.
We take no responsability for any failure to deliver by Royal Mail. If you would like your order to be posted Recorded Delivery, which provides a proof of posting, (but please note that your signature will be required by the postman) at the higher shipping cost, please request this service where prompted during the order process.
Payment
Payment for orders must be received in full before the order is despatched. We accept payment in Sterling only, by credit or debit card (not American Express or Diners) or cleared personal cheque.
Cancellation of orders
If you need to cancel an order, please send an email to info@lauralikes.co.uk as soon as you can. We will do our very best - but cannot guarantee - to prevent your order being despatched, if it has not already been sent out.
We regret that we are unable to cancel orders for products that have been handwritten at your request.
Stock availability
We make every effort to keep our selection of stock up-to-date. However if an item you have ordered happens to be out-of-stock, we will refund the cost to your payment card.
Returns and refunds
All refunds and other credits will be made to the card by which you paid.
We will refund the cost of products returned to us in perfect condition within 30 calendar days of order. Please take care to send cards back together with their original envelope and full details of your name and address.
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds in respect of cards that have been handwritten at your request, except of course in the unlikely event of a mistake made by us, in which case we will offer a full refund or replacement.
Please return products in suitable protective packaging. We suggest you re-use the board-backed envelope or jiffy in which we sent them to you, taking care to re-seal and re-address effectively. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting in case of delivery failure.
We will not refund any delivery charges to you, either in respect of the original delivery or any costs you incur in returning the item(s) to us, except of course in the unlikely event of a mistake made by us, in which case we will make a full refund of your original delivery charge plus the cost of returning the item(s) to us by First Class post.
Replacement
We undertake only to despatch products to you that are in absolutely perfect condition. We do not accept responsibility for any damage sustained during delivery.
