Delivery Information
First Class Deliveries
Most mail posted to UK addresses will arrive the day following that of dispatch. However, if you wish to be completely safe, please allow three working days for delivery, especially during busy holiday periods.
Recorded Deliveries
You also have the option to send cards Recorded Delivery to any UK address with a complete postcode, providing a proof of posting. Please note however, that Recorded Delivery items must be signed for. If they cannot be signed for they will be taken back to the depot and need to be picked up from the Post Office or redelivery arranged for a later date.
Trade Orders
All deliveries to trade outlets will be dispatched within the time frame of a working week and sent out via overnight courier, therefore requiring a signature on receipt. Postage and packing is free to retailers within UK mainland for orders of £100 or more. A standard rate of £6.50 exists for orders falling below this amount.

We shall not be responsible where any failure or delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, fires, strikes, and failure of suppliers or distribution partners. In the event of such delay our obligations under the contract will be suspended for the period of the delay.
